Farmer and agronomist, Lydie has more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural and R&D field. With her experience in technical monitoring of perennial crops (walnut, chestnut), she is in charge of feasibility studies for future projects as well as the implementation of the technical itineraries for our farmers. She is also in charge of R&D activities in the nursery and on our experimental plots.

With a background in agronomics, Gérôme is in charge of developing new plantation projects. He has spent several years advising farmers on the economic management of their farms. Particularly aware of the challenges of modern agriculture and the needs of farmers, he works with our future farmer partners on all the steps upstream of planting.

Léandre, currently studying for a master's degree in plant experimentation, is working on a better understanding of the kinetics of assimilation of different mineral elements by bamboo, in particular through sap analysis, with the aim of optimizing plant nutrition.
